"The owners were professional from the original bid to the final closeout of the work. they kept me informed as to their progress each day and we walked through the work area before they left each day. My garage cabinets and new wood flooring are beautiful. they are young and eager to build up their client base. i appreciated that they would also point out things that i should take care of soon that i did not realize and made a great referral to me to get it done because it was out of their scope of work. these guys will be booked up solid soon like most good contractors are in Bend are these days."

"Great to work with! This is our second home and we live in another town. They thoughtfully sent several photos each day to track their progress. They were very knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend.!"

"Contractor was right on time easy to work with. Entire crew very polite and did a complete cleanup at the end of project."

"They came out in the rain, at near flood stages for the Tualatin river. My new ramp was about ready to end up in the river, and my dock was about ready to go down the river after a tree floating in the river hit the dock. They were able to come up with a temporary solution to salvage both the ramp and the dock until this spring when we will look at a permanent solution. They responded in a timely fashion, did what they said they would do, and came back to address some of our concerns at no cost. In addition, there have been follow-up phone calls to make sure things are stable. Good job!"

"expedient towards handling my issues and concerns produced quality work and hired them as my general contractor for other phases of my building project"

"John and his crew were amazing! Our house has finished solid wood cabinetry, trim, doors and floors, and the ceilings are very high, so I was a little worried about having the work done. I wanted to be sure we hired the best company for the job and we certainly did. Not only did Optimum supply the best customer service and best rate, most importantly the house looks great. The job was done timely and flawlessly, and the crew was friendly, knowledgeable, and considerate. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get some painting done."

"Stringfield Roofing did a great job at a competitive price. Owner Dillon and his employees were always respectfully receptive if I had a concern and would address any issues promptly. Months later in winter when lights indoors are on for longer periods my skylight was collecting an incredible number of flies and moths. I called Dillon to see if he could check to be sure the skylight was fitting correctly post-roof replacement. He came, no questions asked, inspected it, found it loose and fixed it. He even replaced worn weatherstripping (normal wear and tear unrelated to roofing job) at no expense to me. Then he cleaned out the bugs and everything looked great again. Dillon and his employees always friendly and cheerful. Delightful to work with. Small company makes doing an excellent job and customer service top priorities."

"Order arrived quickly - all in good condition. Have been using them for quite a while now. I love that the pieces lock together magnetically - so no sliding around. You can choose your colors: top and bottom. You do the measuring - they have instructions on how to do that - and it is very simple. Their order department was very accommodating when I called. Would definitely order from them."

"Jim and his crew were great!!! I usually never write a review, but Jim goes out of his way for his customers and has such high standards for himself and his employees, that I felt the need to commend his company on this. You don't have to look any farther than Billionfold paint company to do your next paint job. Also, he's the most reasonably priced person out there?. trust me I talked to several companies and you get the best value and service from this one.
