From three bids with analyses of my roofing replacement to be done, Brian was the sole contractor that noted a potential problem as a result of a covered deck patio near a chimney overlying the original roof. He examined it closer and came up with a successful solution for water diversion. He educated me in the process, was always prompt, and always cleaned up after each day. Staff were personable and also attentive to detail. Brian was also accommodating about including my garden shed, though I may not have remembered to include that in my request for a bid, though it was included in the other contractors' bids.
