Yes, they did what they said they would do - for what they said it would cost - and at the time when they said they could.  But they went above and beyond.  They were so professional, knowledgable, trustworthy, and pleasant to have around. <br /> Taking the massive door out of it's track was a really difficult  task because of its weight and the settling of the building. Also  - when repaired - it needed to put back in place , and meet up perfectly  at a corner with another sliding door.  But they made it seem almost easy.   <br /> When they were done, it was if nothing had ever happened. The glass, the door, and my place were spotless  - and all was back to normal without any drama at all .  Even my little dog liked them - and that is the real litmus test around here! <br />  I couldn't be more impressed or pleased. <br />"

"I personally hated what they did, they called it a crack repair and I had a little ding on the windows, it's a tiny one that it's more like a glass chip. What they did was they drilled and now the chip looks more like a dot, like a white dot, it's so noticeable now but I guess when they said they had repaired it, the chip was technically repaired but it looks more noticeable than before. I don't call it a repair, it's more like a patch and it was horrible. We sold the car now and it's out of our hands but I thought it was worst, I wish I never did that deal. They were trying to explain that it's not completely transparent but it's after the deal was done, they didn't explain the process or show how opaque it is. They probably repaired it to the best of their ability but I wouldn't call it a repair, it's too opaque like when you do a windshield repair, you think it's going to be transparent or completely see through but it's not. It looks like a frosty glass kind of thing. I saw the Big Deal to be a windshield repair and I thought they were going to just put some kind of sealer on it to repair the glass chip, we have a tiny chip, it was so small that you have to take time to look on the windshield to see the original chip, it's that small. I thought I would help my wife with repairing the windshield but then when they repaired it, it looked like it was hit with a pencil-sized drill. It was super opaque like something worse had happened but they're still good with something. It just wasn't optically transparent or translucent, it just looked like it was etched glass. They showed up pretty quick and I guess they were professional."

"Brothers replaced 26 windows (including a slider) on our home. Our existing windows were 30+ years old and were not opening/closing correctly; letting in a lot of heat/cold and outside noise. Brothers provided a preliminary bid, spent a half day confirming measurements, and placed the order for the windows. This process was very smooth. Pricing was very competitive and sale was no pressure. The crew that installed the windows was very friendly, professional, and detail oriented. "They do good work when you tell them you won't accept them cutting corners and provide site supervision since there is none from the office. Communication was non-existent. They removed the siding from the front of my house, replaced with stucco, installed new windows and front door, and painted the entire house. At the end of the job I am happy with the overall result but every trade tried to get me to sign off on cutting corners and sloppy work. Once I pointed it out they redid the work properly, but it was extremely frustrating. Not the experience I expected for the premium price I paid. They were extremely messy during the whole process and left nails and debris all over my lawn which we had to clean up several times to ensure the safety of my dogs and children. They would have left paint all over my driveway if I hadn't made them come back to powerwash it. They were sloppy until you called them out on it and then they fixed it. Avoid the headache if you can. A 4-5 week job took 12 weeks."
