Our house is located in the mountains, and may not be particularly easy to get the equipment out here, but they had very little difficulty. They used a lengthy hose to go around the back of the house, then sent the nozzle through the pipe behind the trap to clear it out. I was originally concerned about navigating past the elbow joints in the pipe, and the fact that we have a septic tank that I didn't want to fill up; but neither was a problem, and the job was done in about an hour. The sound of the drain flowing never sounded so sweet."
