Get matched with top deck or porch build or replacers in Redwood City, CA

"We highly recommend Brian O'Neill. He replaced a rotting deck for us. He showed up when he said he would, he stayed on the job to the finish and stayed within our very tight budget. He is hard working and very honest. Very good workmanship too. We will definitely hire him again for the rest of the deck. Patt MB, Los Gatos, CA Project: Replace old deck"

"I am writing this review on behalf of Javier Flores I engaged Javier Flores to build a deck in my back yard. I could not be happier with the job he did. Javier and his brother Daniel arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m. each day and worked hard all day, with the exception of lunch. The two of them work together very well. When they finished the deck, I told them that I would sweep off the saw dust, but Javier wouldn’t let me sweep the deck, He told me I am paying him to perform that duty. Javier and Daniel are experienced hardworking men who value precision, and pay attention to the littlest of details. Our new deck is as stiff as concrete, no sags, no squeaks at all. I am so happy with the deck, that I am going to have them install the deck railing also. I would gladly recommend Javier to anyone that needs a deck. Henry & Mary Anne Price"

"Our large deck was sorely neglected - no maintenance in at least 8 years - and I worried it was beyond help or would be cost-prohibitive to rehabilitate. Rupert and Michael breathed new life into it! Rupert (company principle) is very responsive, and he was able to give a quick informal estimate based on some photos and I texted. This made it very easy to start working together right away. Now the deck looks beautiful, and they were able to stain our wooden deck furniture to match. Great makeover for our deck and lovely folks to work with!"

"I was very concerned about my house cabinet painting project. They started the day the bomb cyclone hit in Northern California. But to my surprise they were able to put their paint shed up with no issues, and everything on the project went extremely smoothly. They were very diligent about their cleanup everyday and made sure that any questions I had were promptly answered. I will definitely hire them again if I have another painting project and I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking."

"Scott McIntyre did an excellent job landscaping our backyard. After an original hiccup about following up on irrigation service (slow response), Scott really stepped up to the plate and helped me in resolving all our irrigation issues."

"I selected Geico Builders to paint the interior of my house and replace rotten wood in September 2023. Crew & project manager was friendly and professional, and they provided a good overview of the job and how the company may differ from other companies in regard to the preparation, staff assignment, and paint quality. Their estimate was slightly higher than my middle estimate but these areas mentioned earlier helped me in my decision. Plus to all they provided me with an estimate in a timely manner whereas several other companies either never provided their estimate or it came much later than discussed. I enjoyed working with the team. Renee, Tammy, and the Crew, who made this project move forward smoothly. I highly recommend Geico Builders for their hard work they want client to be happy with the final work and will keep working to address any concerns. The crew cleaned up so well each day my wife didn't even know that the painters had been there earlier. Highly recommend."

"Our new deck is stunning solid construction, great design, and exactly what we envisioned. The crew showed up on time and worked through some tricky layout challenges with ease. We’ve already had two BBQs out there!"

"Pleasure to work with. Made clear of what actions and costs would be up front. Cleaned up the area daily as much as possible. Hardest group of workers ever. Project manager Ben kept in close contact throughout project. Ended up with a beautiful deck."

"I had been needing to replace the flooring in my home for quite some time now but I did not know whom to hire to do it or how much it was going to cost me. One day, a friend referred me to Bayside Builders and I decided to call them for an estimate. They were very professional and the most affordable of all the companies that came by my house to look at my floors. I was so impressed with their service from the start because they have a lot of experience in this field which shows right away when you meet them. I also liked how they told me what type of floors they would be installing for me along with giving me a quote on what it will cost to do so. Everything went according to plan as scheduled and I was happy with their work!"

"Mike and his crew did an excellent job building my new deck! He also replaced an old brick walkway with a flagstone walkway in my backyard. I know that the work his company did will be enjoyed for years to come!"
