"After I contacted several contractors on a room addition I decided to go with Sky Tech Builders and I can tell that it was a really easy decision because they gave me great offer and they completely understood what I wanted to do. They were also available on acceptable time and project started soon after we signed a contract. The project manager and his crew were professional, honest, helpful and very respectful to me and my home. They finished project within time they promised and within my budget. And final outcome is excellent, I am fully satisfied with everything they did and would definitely work with Sky Tech Builders again!"

"Karol is a very nice guy to work with. He is approachable, easy to communicate with. He goes through the project from end to end on our first visit, explain how he would build the frame, cut the wood, the timeline. He also finds a stone guy and coordinates the work. When actually doing the work, he puts cardboards on our floor to avoid scratching. Upon request, he also did a prototype for us, and when we change our mind to use a different style, he redoes the bulk of the project. I would recommend Karol to anyone who needs carpenter work!"

"Tool Time was absolutely fabulous. Extremely professional and thorough. From beginning until end, everything was outstanding. No detail was overlooked. This was a step down for my mother‘s home, she couldn’t be happier. It looks as though it was installed at the same time the other banister was. 100% GREAT JOB !!!"

"I undertook a comprehensive, whole-house renovation in order to sell my older home. Although Mr. Lee runs his business out of San Jose, he willingly traveled all the way to my residence in Sacramento to take on the project, delivering highly satisfactory results within a remarkably short timeframe. From the initial contract signing through to the final stages of construction, he executed the work with such perfection and professionalism. Furthermore, thanks to the renovation, I was able to sell the house for a significantly higher price. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone. He is a diligent and exceptionally honest contractor."

"My Remodeling Group completely transformed my home! Their team was professional, punctual, and easy to work with. They paid attention to every detail and delivered even better than expected. Communication throughout the project was excellent. Highly recommend them for any remodeling needs!"

"We had an amazing experience with Sigura Construction on our backyard transformation project. They did a fantastic job building a swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, landscaping with pavers, and custom lighting. The entire crew was incredibly professional, thorough, and efficient, delivering top-quality work from start to finish. Ilan, the owner, was outstanding—easy to communicate with, professional, and highly knowledgeable about all the options for our project. He made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Our backyard now looks absolutely stunning, and we’re thrilled with the results. We have complete peace of mind knowing the work was done by true experts. We highly recommend Sigura Construction to anyone looking for exceptional construction services. Thanks again to Ilan and the team for a job well done!"

"To create my ideal kitchen, the staff at Bay Remodeling Kitchen & Bath went above and beyond. They listened to my thoughts, made useful recommendations, and transformed my kitchen into a lovely, hospitable area."

"Unable to provide estimate/work. Too preoccupied w/other jobs."

"Jorge did an outstanding job remodeling both of our bathrooms and replacing all of the water pipes throughout our house. The quality of his work was excellent, and everything was completed professionally with great attention to detail. Jorge is reliable, trustworthy, and extremely responsive. He kept us informed throughout the project, addressed our questions promptly, and always followed through on his commitments. He is someone you can truly trust to do the job right. On top of that, he went above and beyond by replacing a few additional items at no extra charge, including our kitchen sink and several shutoff valves. Those thoughtful extras showed that he genuinely cares about his customers rather than just finishing the job."

"We needed an additional office space within our home. The concerns were removing an existing fireplace and hearth and replacing the hardwood floor to match what was already there, removing the chimney and patching the roof, moving a heating vent and again, patching the hardwood floors to match, adding an interior door, and moving lighting and electrical outlets. David was onsite everyday to either do the work himself or oversee the work by his subcontractors. They do quality work. The floors look great, the new wall is perfect, the roof was done well, the new interior door was installed well and looks like it was always meant to be there. Also, the work site was always cleaned up at the end of each work day. David is also very flexible, easy to communicate with, seems to truly care about your project, and works with contractors who do quality work."
