I got an appointment for just a couple of days later! Super convenient! When I made my appointment, I mentioned that my daughter had a show for camp on that afternoon, and they would have to be there and finished by 2pm. On the day of the appointment, they called me first thing in the morning and came even earlier than promised! Super punctual! Aaron Campa, was very friendly, and completed the work very quickly. He said he could be out to my home later that afternoon. Reggie was on time and confirmed the problem and fixed it. Reggie was professional courteous and didn't try to sell me a new water heater. Earlier that day Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came to give me a estimate. They wanted to replace the water heater all lines leading to the water heater, not to mention replace all fixings and the earthquake strap.
