"Larry called right back and scheduled appointment over the weekend. He arrived on time and called ahead as promised. He was very transparent in his hourly pricing up front. Upon arrival he got right to the job and moved quickly to remedy the situation. While the job was less straightforward than I thought, It was clear he wasn't trying to run the clock out. He solved the problem swiftly with expertise. His work was very well done and clean. He didn't try to upsell me at every turn as I've experienced with other plumbers. I would definitely hire him again to handle repairs and larger jobs."

"This was the company I was assigned to with my home warranty. They repaired a toilet pump and hot/cold water valves/ pipes to my washing machine. The company communicated very well and completed the job in a timely manner. The technician was very nice and informative. Highly recommend."

"Very impressed by the overall process. Julio has took care of the overall process and we felt very quickly confident (communication is key!). We called for a quick repair and ended giving him a biggest project. He came very quickly with a crew of +6 people to replace all our pipes under the house. Very professional, working fast and cleaning up everything to leave the place in a better shape than before actually! What I really appreciated is the clear communication since the first contact. Julio took the time to explain and encouraged us to have multiple quotes. Not only the job is done perfectly but the price is very competitive compare to others. He is not forcing any extra spends and act as an expert giving wise advises. I also really appreciated the loop back after installation completed (continuing the pro-active communication). We found our plumber and we will call him for our future projects. I highly recommend him to any of your projects."

"J Drains repaired the faucet"

"it went well. They found several problems. I had them make the needed repairs and do some additional work, as well. They came back a second day in order to do all the work that was needed , as well as some additional work I requested to be done. They fixed my cast iron drain riser, installed a water line for my new Fridge, ice maker. Ran a copper line for a new outdoor spigot, installed a new kitchen "touch-less" faucet, replaced dishwasher supply valve, ran a high pressure release line for Hot water heater, and some other work. all went well."

"No detailed expenses for service, parts or labor."

"I spoke with Reggie Navarro of Shoreway Plumbing the morning that my water heater went out. I explained what had happen and he explained to me that it sounds like your Thermocouple was out. He said he could be out to my home later that afternoon. Reggie was on time and confirmed the problem and fixed it. Reggie was professional courteous and didn't try to sell me a new water heater. Earlier that day Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came to give me a estimate. They wanted to replace the water heater all lines leading to the water heater, not to mention replace all fixings and the earthquake strap. Good thing I remember that I had an Angie's List account and found Shoreway Plumbing. I highly recommend Shoreway Plumbing !!"
