"They were honest and courteous. The appliance was unavle.to be repaired but they didn't push to have work done."

"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"Came to service my refrigerator I thought was leaking. They found out it was not the refrigerators problem. Cleaned it up and tested everything to make sure it was good to go and charged me less than they originally quoted since it did not require any repairs. Very fair, honest and polite. Would highly recommend."

"Prior to calling Choice I had looked high and low for the correct knobs that fit my oven. Believe it or not the technician actually had, in his car, the correct knobs. We were so thankful. He was prompt and very professional. Choice found him somehow and I was very grateful. Thanks Choice!!"

"He did an excellent job. He had a great personality. He was polite and considerate. He cleaned up after himself and no complaint with the service. He was very prompt."

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."

"The repair man came in and got right to work. did a great job. also looked my refrigerator to give me some advice. was very nice and i am planning on having them come back to my house to do other repairs"
