"They did a great job. They were able to use a small pump to pump the waste water out before replacing the broken pump. The other company wanted us to pay for a pump truck costing $600 before giving the estimate."

" RooterMan diagnosed the issue as a faulty cartridge and quoted me $195. I informed them that I had already installed a new cartridge. They removed it, reinstalled it, and turned the water on and off a few times. I was then told the handle would be tight for a few days but should loosen over time. However, that has not been the case, as the handle has not loosened and remains in the same condition as when I initially installed it. I later called and spoke with dispatch, who stated that Sam was ?in trouble? for undercharging. That comment raised additional concerns for me, and it is what ultimately led me to file this complaint. I feel I was overcharged without receiving a proper repair or resolution."

"I moved into a 2 year old house to immediately find water seeping into the basement. I found some signs of it around the baseboard moldings. I called a couple of companies, one of them Drycrete and another, an interior french drain company. The french drain company wanted to jack hammer my finished basement and install one of their systems, an additional sump pump, and a ton of exterior work for pump discharge. That was going to cost 15-20k. Drycrete on the other hand, walked around the perimeter and noticed the obvious - foundation cracks. Those are cheap to fix, but not a guarantee. In any case, I decided to start from the top down, cracks first, 20k french drain later. The process for a crack seal is pretty straight forward and if I wasn't as pannicked I would have attempted it myself. They used Poly to inject into the crack and it worked. The basemet is dry. My sheetrock is open and the wall is still bare from the spray foam along the crack lines. I constantly measure the moisture content in the baseplates and it's slowly getting back to normal. But the moral of the story is - whatever company you bring on to a job site, whatever sperialty it is that they do, that's the solution they will likely propose to you. Drycrete did a good job as far as getting the right diagnosis. If I had to change anything about my experience with Drycrete, maybe I woould have requested for them to put up Zipwalls around the work area. Drywall and concrete dust went everywhere. Overall, good work y'all."

"I had Dan and his team dig a full perimeter french drain in my basement, with a sump pump in the corner. They were on time and worked hard. However, the french drain and sump pump he installed in my basement was not done properly, and thus is not functioning properly. The sump pit was not placed low enough, and when water rises in the lowest spot in the house it does not flow through the drain and into the pit, where it can be pumped out by the sump pump. Numerous calls and texts, with offers to work me into his schedule, and almost two months later I'm still left with pooling water that can't reach the sump pump because the pit was placed higher than the lowest point in the house. Additionally, Dan cut through the top of the sump pit cover, leaving me with an exposed pit in my basement, which is not normal, illegal in some states, and contrary to recommendations from the American Society of Home Inspectors. When I protested the lack of a sealed sump pit, Dan proceeded to tape garbage bags across the top to create a moisture barrier. This happened because I had asked about adding a third, more powerful sump pump to the regular pump and the battery back up. The pit Dan used only had two knock out holes for piping, so instead of advising me of this, he cut the top open to fit piping for the third pump. Had he advised me properly, I would have opted for two pumps, so we could use the lid as it was designed, and seal it properly. Overall it was a fine experience while they were working here, but a combination of bad advice, no advice, and poor installation have left me with pooling water at what remains the lowest spot in my house, a dry french drain, and an empty but exposed sump pit."

"Nick and the crew were professional, hardworking and did above and beyond. I can't express how much I appreciate the hard work they did within my basement to redirect the ground water to a new sump pump; it rained out heavy the next two days and my basement was dry, and my new sump pump was working great! I couldn't believe what a great job they did it shows they did not cut any corners and new what they were doing. I highly recommend Supreme Waterproofing to all you friends in need of a dry basement I know I will. Thank you Nick!!!"

"Excellent service. I now feel secure knowing that my sump pump will go on if the power goes off. Unfortunately, I didn’t install the battery backup before the March storms. After Global had done several jobs for me in the past, I thought I was finally going to live without water in my basement but Mother Nature had other ideas. Luckily Bob came to my rescue rather quickly after the flooding. Now I KNOW I’ll be water-free. Bob has never tried to pressure me into buying something I don’t need or can’t afford but I wish I had bought the battery years ago when he first told me about it. I won’t make that mistake again. Cost-wise, Bob will break down the requested work into separate jobs and estimate each so I can make a decision if I can afford all of the work or only some of it. I don't think I've ever worked with a service provider who either answers his phone immediately or calls back promptly. Bob has always kept our appointments, except once when another customer had an emergency. He said he was willing to come over later after hours if I needed him that day. We set up another day for my job, as rescheduling was not a problem for me. I really appreciated that he didn't leave me hanging by not showing up or not calling, like a lot of service providers do. Bob cares about his customers and I’m happy to recommend him and his company."
