FERREIRA COMPANY
Our goal is to provide our clients with the best value when selecting a contractor for a new roof, siding or skylight project. We believe that when it comes to selecting a contractor, home or commercial property owners look for a contractor who is knowledgeable of the latest materials and technology for a long lasting installation, which has the experience and training in installing these systems and a contractor that is fair priced.
"Adrian and his crew are excellent and we could not be more pleased. You can see the professionalism and craftsmanship in his workers by the way they work efficiently without rushing. They work very hard and do a good job of cleaning up after the fact. Their attention to detail was noticeable. We would definitely use Fereirra Co, again, and I have recommended him to others. Adrian is very easy to talk to, no pressure, no push to upsell services. He said his quote wouldn't be the very lowest or the highest and he was spot on. I had five estimates from various roofers, ranging from $8k for a barebones two man operation to $23k from the fulltime salesman with a well known large roofing company who tried to sell me on the benefits of custom flashing and offered $2k off if I signed that day. I wanted the siding pulled back on my house to have the flashing and rubber sheeting up the side above the lower roof to avoid issues with ice and leaks in the future. Other roofers wanted to charge me from $1800-3000 for that extra work. Adrian included it in the price of his initial quote - he said he always does that work because it is the right way to do it. His crew moved all the vents and vent pipes on the roof back away from the roof edge to avoid the possibility of future issues with ice dams. They also painted the vent pipes to match the shingles. We needed a number of sheets of plywood replaced due to prior damage in the attic. Adrian quoted me a price to strip and replace an estimated number of sheets. We ended up needing more sheets and a couple rafters replaced due to additional damage not seen before. He only charged me for materials for the additional sheets of plywood as he had promised to do before hand."
