"Bob from the Greensboro office was on time, very professional, and extremely knowledgable about the appliance.  He diagnosed the problem as a microprocesser sticking on the control board.  He was able to get the microprocessor to unstick.  He presented the option of replacing the board now and provided the total cost (parts and labor) or we could wait and see if it failed again.  We choose wait and see.         <br /> We have used Bob Belloise from Convenient Appliance Service - Greensboro office multiple times and have never been disappointed!   We have found our appliance guy! <br />"

Within 15 minutes, Anita called, asked what was the issue and we had set up an appointment for the following afternoon. Phil called me first thing the next morning to confirm the window of time in which he would be performing the service. Phil came very early in the window and had all of the work done within 30 minutes or so. He had diagnosed the water drainage problem within 5 minutes and said we needed a new lid switch. I would not hesitate to contact them again in the future, they were fantastic and provided great service at a very reasonable price. <br />"
