"Great job!  Quick at responding to our initial call for an estimate.  Did immediate follow up and gave us a date they could start working.  Very knowledgeable and HONEST!  It was nice dealing with a local company that knows your name and not a large company where the person who does the initial estimate is completely different from the workers.  Also, the men who did the job were respectful towards each other.  No loud music or foul language on the job site, and they cleaned up after themselves.  Overall good people.

Had headphones in and did not hear knock or call. Rescheduled and I mistook date and was in Maine when they arrived. Since I was outside their usual area I felt it better to cancel project since I only had six months lease. They stated would refund, and I will appreciate since I am a senior in fixed income."

"The work quality was on par with others employed in the past; not exceptional. Work progress was slow. We had landscape cleaning and mulching done. They did pick most but not all weeds and did not treat for weeds as there were quite a few showing up in the next couple days after mulching. Mulch thickness variable. The main complaint is the billing for the work done. Easily twice as much as other companies. Not following work estimate and charged double the worked hours. Upon questioning there was a reduction with sketchy explanation. Would not recommend or use again."
