"I hired them for a 2 phase project. They were very unprofessional while they worked at my home. One employee spun his tires on his truck and kicked gravel all over my car. The dirt that was excavated from the project was to be hauled away. They were supposed to pour a 6" concrete slab that was at the elevation of existing driveway. They dug for a 4" slab and had to raise the forms to pour the slab. They had to raise the driveway to the slab elevation. When asked to keep the driveway open for access for my family and any deliveries, I was told by the owner that he would not pull off the driveway. They pumped out the concrete truck in our parking area and left it until it was hardened and then buried it when they back filled instead of removing it from the site. I would not recommend them for anything more than a mail box!"

The two bathrooms were completely renovated in 5 weeks, but it could have been finished even sooner if we hadn’t selected a premium option for our shower glass enclosure. The entire project was started and finished between January 21, 2025 until February 28, 2025, which included the crew working two Saturdays, which shows their dedication in getting the job done. We were very impressed with KBA over the entire project! Specifically, we were impressed at how smooth and efficient the entire process was.
