Kyle prepared our air conditioner for the season ahead, cleaned all our furnace filters and proceeded to garage and flushed our water heater. I asked Kyle about a cover for our air conditioner as it is beneath our pear tree and gets lots of debris. Kyle suggested he could order us a cover and we can have on hand this Fall when he comes back to get our heater ready for Winter. "Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."
