"We highly recommend Central Lending Services for your financing needs. Mark was so helpful from the very start. He always answered his phone whenever we called and our questions were answered with knowledge and facts. We also shopped around for the best rate. Not only did we get a great rate but the personal service really put us at ease.

The day of settlement was stress free. A lovely lady came to our home with the paperwork. We signed the papers at our kitchen table. Overall, we had a fine experience with Central Lending Services, and Mark in particular. The extra cash we have each month is nice too!"

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
A true professional and great person to work with.  The design was spot on and my wife and i were very impressed.  Thank you Jill.

"Found Rock-A-Fellas on Angies List and I'm glad I did.  Bob examined thoroughly and patiently explained the construction flaws in the carport built in the rear of my home by another contractor back in 2009.  Because the original contactor did not follow standard building codes and use proper construction techniques and materials, I was cited by the City of Philadelphia.  Bob spoke to the Licenses and Inspections Inspector and tried very hard to figure a way to save the carport.  Unfortunately, due to the poor prior construction, demolition was the only option left to me.

Bob and his three man crew arrived 30 minutes early and for the next three and a half hours methodically and carefully removed the carport, which included a roof and sides.   I was very impressed with their attention to detail such as avoiding damaging the power and cable lines, reassembling the downspout, tying back the power lines after the demolition was over/

After the demolition was over, you couldn't tell there was ever a structure.

I hired Rock-A-Fellas to  remodel/reconstruct my nephew's bedroom, which had termite and moisture damage.  I'm also considering having Bob and his crew do a complete remodel of my kitchen, basement, and a new carport.

This was my best experience with a contractor.  I give Rock-A-Fellas an A+++++ rating.

"Amanda was really very good!  At first I was very skeptical, thinking why did I pay money to just speak with someone on the phone about my kitchen remodel project... but after just a few minutes of her addressing some of the issues/questions I emailed to her earlier, I knew it was worth it.  It was very clear that she knew her business and she gave me several ideas that I had not even thought about.  I told her that I would definitely recommend her to friends and I will very likely use her again myself for my next home project!

"Kitchen & a laundry room off the kitchen. And, he actually built an addition: two bedrooms & a family room, to our country home. The original house was built in 1938!"

"Having bad experiences working with other contractors in the past, I was nervous to hire someone else to perform a much needed remodel to my 15 year old bathroom. Thankfully, I’ve come across Kish and she was able to exceed my expectations. She was very thorough throughout the entire process from start to finish and was extremely on point focusing on the details of the finishings I wanted. I received so many compliments from friends and family! I’m looking forward to hiring her to perform my kitchen remodeling next!"
