"I recently had my dog pass away and he had left numerous blood and urine stains all over my carpet. There were also stains that had been in my home since I moved in about ten years ago that I was unable to get out when I had my carpets cleaned perviously. Neil came over to give me a quote and was compassionate and understanding. He told me he would do his best to get all of the blood and urine out and would even try and get the old stains that had been there for several years. The job he did was nothing short of miraculous!!! He got all of the stains out including the old set in stains that my previous carpet cleaner was unable to remove. My carpets have NEVER looked so clean and he even got the odors to come out of my carpets. I would highly recommend this company as their service was unbeatable and their prices were fair. "Very well. I really admire Ken because he traveled a long, long way to do this work. He is very thorough and identified a much larger problem than the one I thought I had. Ken does nice work and sincerely tries to help. The only knock I have is that he was 2 hours late to the appointment. In fairness to him, he had to travel at least an hour to get to me and was unfamiliar with the roads, and he did keep in contact. That said, he was late starting the job."
