Their workmanship is top notch and they don't consider the project complete until the customer is completely satisfied. Seven months after the fence was complete, a few of the posts warpped badly, causing my gate to lean. Brian sent a couple guys from his team to fix the issue. In no place was it too thick or too thin. The crew was very polite, pleasant and efficient. As usual they cleaned everything and left not a trace.
