"Carlos from Harts came out to do an estimate on a bath remodel. Set a new tub, faucet, shower head and supply lines. Also, replace an outdoor faucet. However he took the time to go though the entire home's plumbing system! Including the crawl space. Pointed out condition issues, possible issues that may come up later. I have a much better understanding of the home's plumbing system!! He answered questions and was professional, excellent experience!!"

From the moment I called to make an appointment to the installation everything went smooth. I scheduled an estimate at the time when the company was changing the management. I was notified of that before the appointment. John, salesperson was very courteous, on time, explained everything about the project in great detail. The installation crew with Fernando was very professional , easy to work with. Initial, they brought the wrong time color of stone. Because of that i didn't see very small defect on one of the stones, but later it started bothering me.
