"The leak was worse than what we thought. Originally we were told by our general contractor who did kitchen remodeling 9months ago and we forgot about it. And 9 months later, the smell got really bad and asked Deep to repair. He was very flexible on schedule when he comes down to estimate and actual work. He came after my husband and I got home around 6pm and did estimate and did the repair and installation on Saturday of same week. The only thing I can mention about is his estimate was very abstract. He doesn’t even give me written estimate. He just texted me the total cost of repair from $450 and up and tank installation $1300 including tank. This is aster I asked him to send something in writing. But he keeps his word. After all the work is done, he sends me digital invoice. No increase except the leak work. This is understandable since nobody knew how bad our leaks was. He canceled afternoon appointment since our repair work took longer than he thought. So we paid him some extra as tips. We were glad we did after the week, when we went under the house to clean up the leaks and found out 6’x6’ pool of rotten sewerage water cooking on the vapor barrier in he crawl space and made the nest for bunch of tiny flies...yuk!!!! We wondered how he worked around the grossest sewerage water..."

I called Evergreen Sanitation and within minutes was set up for service first thing this morning. At 7:35 AM I received a call letting me know that the truck and driver were on their way. They arrived at 8:00. By 9:00, problem was resolved. The people that I talked to on the phone were upbeat, professional and efficient. The driver/pumper worked quickly, cleaned up area well and was pleasant. I am truly pleased that the service was performed so quickly."

After being told it would be up to 5 days before several other plumbing companies could make it out (or not even getting a call back), I reached out to Joe's 2 Sons Plumbing and got a return call within the hour (during the weekend) and they came out the next morning (on a Sunday) with all the appropriate gear needed (couldn't just snake it b/c it was too far down the house waste piping). They we able to take care of the issue effectively and efficiently and the cost was surprisingly reasonable. Would definitely call them again."
