"Excellent communication. Easy to schedule, confirmation text of the appointment, and a phone call the day of telling me when they would arrive. When we discovered as issue with my septic tank, they explained to me what was going on and what was needed to fix it, and we booked a follow-up for next week."

"They answered the request for a quote immediately. Cory knew about the King County rebate program and told me about it. He walked me through the process and told me how much it would cost. Then he submitted the paperwork to register the septic inspection with the county. The job was completed to my satisfaction."

"We had another company quote us $5000 to replace the septic pump, when we called A-Advanced they quoted us $2000 for the same job. Also came out to fix the electrical that wasn't working that the first company didn't inform us of. When the following weekend we had the issue again they came out and did more diagnostics and fixed the problem. All 5 of the people we have had come out have been very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. 5 stars all the way."

"Drain Beast Services was amazing to work with! I needed emergency septic tank pumping at my home, and they were quick to get me on their schedule. They were thorough, professional, and efficient, and the job was done fast. Everything was left super clean afterward with no mess at all. I would definitely use them again!"

"Great customer service with a sense of humor. Enjoyed them and they got the job done at a reasonable price. You should hire them if you need your septic tank pumped."

"James from Lee's Sanitation Service showed up exactly on time and pumped our 1100 gal solids tank. It was a quick and easy job and the price was optimal."

"Very well. Fixed the broken hose and off valve."

"Evergreen was one of three companies I called and, by far, the least expensive and most informative. I was disappointed that the company we usually use insisted on pumping the tanks just to do the inspection which was about $500 more (though, they were not the ones pumping them). Another company insisted that the county would require pumping as it had been over a year since they were last pumped which was completely false (they would have been pumping them themselves) and would have added substantially to the cost of the inspection. Our tanks are of the size that we should only need to pump them every 3-5 years at most and it had only been about 2.5 years. Evergreen inspected and found that there was absolutely no reason to pump them and that everything was fine. In addition their cost of inspection was lower than the others. I enthusiastically recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat. A big kudos to them for being so straight-shooting and reasonably prices. Not only that, they were easy to schedule with which was greatly appreciated!"

"Had a drain blockage affecting half the house. After being told it would be up to 5 days before several other plumbing companies could make it out (or not even getting a call back), I reached out to Joe's 2 Sons Plumbing and got a return call within the hour (during the weekend) and they came out the next morning (on a Sunday) with all the appropriate gear needed (couldn't just snake it b/c it was too far down the house waste piping). They we able to take care of the issue effectively and efficiently and the cost was surprisingly reasonable. Would definitely call them again."
