"We were in a jam. We are attempting to buy our first home. We had our inspection scheduled and on the morning of, we learned of a potential plumbing issue. He also took the time to explain and answer questions about potential upgrades as my partner wants to upgrade the hot water tank. He outlined different product options and explained with great knowledge and detail the differences between the products. I would highly recommend this company. If we get the home we will definitely be having this company come back and preform the necessary work that is needed for our new home."

Thankfully, he was available to come out that afternoon, and after some detective work we finally narrowed down the area. It was evening by then, so he brought Trace out first thing in the morning to dig under the foundation and expose the leak. Between the two of them, they solved the issue... which turned out to be not one, but four pinholes in the copper pipe underneath the cement slab foundation. Brian said it might be the trickiest soldering job on the least amount of available pipe (1/4") in a very tight area in 20 years. Their pricing was reasonable and fair for an emergency service. First appointment no show service man got into a job that occupied his whole day. Second appointment missed because service man sick. Finally showed up for third appointment.
