"By taking under consideration that this remodeling project was done in the heart of our house, and we decided not to leave the house while the work was in progress and to live here, Be Green Remodeling (Team and supervisor) were able to demolish, design and reconstruct the kitchen with extra attention to keep the other parts of the house without any damage. The remodeling stages that was taken by them to minimize the necessary side effects of the demolition and the actual construction were very thoughtful, planned and effective. "I took my time interviewing 4 different highly rated contractors before committing to our beautiful project. Superior home remodeling stood out from the beginning and I felt very comfortable with Eran’s creativity and open personality. He was punctual and detailed about every aspect of the job. A couple of the other contractors created designs, but Eran’s was the only one to create existing and proposed plans; it almost felt like I was working with an architect! You could simply tell that he really shared the same care and passion we felt. This made us really comfortable moving forward with Superior. Superior helped us design our project with materials that had low maintenance (such as the Quartz countertop and porcelain tile) and helped us get the best prices. Once demolition began, it felt like all **** broke loose! It was loud and dusty (just as he explained us it would be), however by the end of day, the home was CLEAN. I was amazed. From there, things just seemed to flow simultaneously. We got to the point where we were barely involved and they’d just email us weekly updates. I built up a lot of anxiety hearing all the horrible experiences everyone goes through with contractors, but the process was smoother than expected. The crews were courteous, on time, and had a good vibe showing up to work every day. This whole experience from start to finish has been AMAZING. "My experience with them was good - Barbara was a very friendly customer service agent, and I was actually going to use another company before I talked to her. She swayed me to BNS.
The installation went well - they showed up on time, and my granite looks AMAZING! Truly. My kitchen was oddly-shaped, and they made everything look great even with the oddball measurements.
The only reason I gave them a "B" for quality is because once they left, I did notice some of my plumbing parts were broken, some sealer gunk was stuck in my carpet, and they took my old sink with parts attached that I had to re-purchase. When contacted the company, they were very responsive, and even wrote me a check for the parts I had to buy. I did appreciate that.
Overall, I thought they were a good company, and I would use them again."
