"It went very well. Kenny and Juan were great. We at first thought our kitchen faucet could be saved but soon found we would need to replace it. First Thought Plumbing honored their first quote even though it required more than one visit."

"Western Rooter to the rescue again! I had a small underground leak which appeared to be due to a bad sprinkler valve. A sprinkler repair company determined that it was not a bad sprinkler valve and thought it was due to a leak in the main water line. Daniel and Alex dug down to find that the leak was coming from a very old (at least 36 years) broken pvc line. After much testing and head scratching to try to figure out where the water was coming from, they decided to "chase the pipe." After much digging, they found that the very old broken pvc pipe was hooked up to a sprinkler valve that was buried 18 inches underground that had not been capped--only turned off. Roots from a nearby tree had opened the valve which caused the leak--crazy! The current sprinkler system has been the same one since we moved into the house in 1988. It took 36 years for the underground leak to occur!"

"Iâ ve worked with Alvin Ramirez, All Season Rooter and Plumbing on my sisterâ s home. My experience with Alvin has been truly outstanding. As she was in a care facility and I live 400 miles away, it was a challenge. It started out as a busted water pipe emergency. Subsequently, the house water, plumbing, gas and sewer/septic pipes have required replacement. I appreciated the personal care and assistance I received from Alvin with texts, pictures and phone calls. He performed in-depth analysis of the replacement costs for her home and made sure it was updated. The work was reasonably priced. With all the concerns of the situation, Iâ m grateful to have known that Alvin has been conscientious, honest and reliable. Heâ s truly gone above and beyond to be helpful in a very stressful situation."

"100% recommend. Very professional in every way as the other reviews say. Geremias and his nephews installed a tankless water heater for me, and it works great. Punctual, responsive, communicative, trustworthy, and the best price. I couldnâ t ask for better."

"We had an emergency. Juan called us just a few minutes after we received his information online and Giovani showed up in 20 minutes. They assessed the damage and gave us options to either repair or replace the unit. After discussions on either side we chose to hire them to replace it like for like. All in all the twh was installed that day so we could have water and completed the next day. Awesome work."

"Jonathan and Joaquin replaced our water heater and it went smoothly! They showed up on-time and finished in the amount of time they said it would take. Really appreciate their professionalism and efficiency!"

"We scheduled an appointment with Johns Plumbing to get an estimate for a couple of non-emmergency issues including water heater replacement and faucet installation. Price was fair and we decided to go with them. Plumbers were working fast, and they completed all the work within one day. I would recommend Johns Plumbing to everyone."

"Previous licensed plumber wanted to replace feeder line under house. Not the problem: I had tree roots growing into main line."

"We had plumbing issues at our new home and were unsure how and what to fix. A friend of mine recommended them to me. Michael came out and accessed our issues. He quickly addressed our problems but noticed our pressure was really high causing all those leaks to occur. He restored our pressure to a safe range and now our new home is LEAK FREE! Iâ m glad my friend recommended this company to us. I highly recommend them, Michael was very professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family!"

"Jax Rizzo, Highly knowledgeable and articulate. Jax will give you a clear explanation of the problem and / or options & solutions.
