"I recently had luxury vinyl planks installed in my galley kitchen, washroom/laundry room, and bathroom. All three of these spaces are tight quarters. However, the crew from District Floor Depot (DFD) did a fantastic job despite the limited space! (The required moving the refrigerator, stacked washer/dryer, stove, and 2 toilets.) The crew made it look like it was a piece of cake to do though I do know there were definitely challenges along the way. It took the crew about a day and half to complete. Each time there was an obstacle, the folks at DFD were quick to resolve, for example, they were a few planks short to complete the job. Rather than taking short cuts, they crew had the additional planks brought over and the job was completed to my satisfaction. All minor concerns that I had had were quickly resolved. I was particularly impressed with the post-installation service provided. I had a question about a “soft spot’ on the floor (the installation was “floated” atop of the existing underlayment) that I felt might cause premature wear. My concerns were quickly addressed (it turned out with “floating” floors having a ‘soft spot’ near a transition sight was normal and that no premature wear would occur.) I would definitely recommend District Floor Depot and would use them again!"

"We are so happy with Prospect Hardwood Flooring! Our old parquet floors were water damaged, so we chose vinyl tile. Through every aspect of flooring replacement Prospect gave us constant status updates, and Chris and Juan were absolutely fantastic installers. This was not an easy job, which took all of us out of our comfort zones. Prospect handled every challenge! extremely professionally. We would HIGHLY recommend Prospect, and especially Chris and Juan! We are so grateful to Angie for recommending this amazing company!"

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Torres Flooring to install hardwood floors throughout my entire house, including upstairs, downstairs, and the basement. I must say, they did an exceptional job! The level of professionalism they exhibited was impressive, and Brian, the owner, was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly. The installation process was smooth and efficient, and the results were outstanding. The hardwood floors added a touch of elegance and warmth to my home, transforming the space beautifully. I couldn't be happier with the final outcome. From start to finish, Torres Flooring demonstrated their expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction. "I’ve used Zavala Floors for painting, floor refinishing and laminate installation. He consistently does a thorough job with an eye to perfection. He used a flashlight to ensure our floors were perfectly refinished. He is efficient and polite and supervised his crew well. I highly recommend William Zavala."

"I thought Jason and his crew were the best. They were prompt and worked quickly. Items were moved carefully and put back into place as they installed the flooring. I highly recommend their services."

"We used Sam to fully remodel our master bathroom and do some cosmetic work in our guest bathroom. We took down walls and started completely from scratch. Sam did all of the demolition, prep work, plumbing, electrical and installed some very intricate marble mosaic tile, for us on the floor of the bathroom and in the shower. Sam is punctual, responsive and extremely knowledgable about his craft. His men do incredible work when it comes to the finishes and he keeps a very clean workspace. All along the process Sam was present at the job and addressed any minor issues we had along the way immediately. You will not find any better bang for your buck in this area. I highly recommend him and we just hired him again to do even more work in our home."

"***Carpet Installation Only*** — Awesome experience working with Mike to discuss my unique carpet and flooring situation due to the tricky condo bylaws, and he provided me with honest and helpful feedback. Miguel and his teammate installed the carpet efficiently and were extra careful in their cleanup. I’d highly recommend for any carpet and/or flooring needs."

"I was disappointed with the communication below and the fact that they took payment for job completion prior to me seeing the job. My request: Hi Jodi, Sorry for the delayed response as we have not moved all of the furniture and fixtures back to their original place. The guys did an exceptional job matching the colors and refinishing the floors. There was some dust and debris left behind in the house and driveway also some stain on the molding (I will do touch up paint). My biggest concern is the garage that had my table full of fixtures was left with saw dust and debris from cutting the molding and maybe cleaning the machines. I do not want the guys back in my house from previous experience with contractors they see to have an attitude with returning. However, I would request $100.00 credit for consideration and a small amount of the stain mixture for scratches. I would propose that your company have the guys take exit pictures. I will be willing to provide a positive review regarding the actual work performed. Reply: It is nice to hear you are happy with the project. Unfortunately, the issue of stain on the molding and dust is a common when refinishing floors, even in the garage. This is why we prepare our Customers in the contract, to cover all belongings and be prepared for paint touch-up. Final comment: Jodi, thanks for your response. That is an unreasonable, irresponsible position and relieve your crew of any responsibility and respect for the customers property. I am disappointed and regret that I trusted your company to provide a professional service."

"After a water leak in the basement, we had to replace the floor in the entire basement. We got three quotes and AG Construction & Flooring won the job. They did a GREAT job. Aaron's team came out and cleared away the old floor (tile, vinyl and carpet) and installed the new CoreTec vinyl flooring in just the time he said it was going to be done in. Great work and Great Company. If you need flooring, you really should include AG Construction & Flooring in the bid. :)"
