"Power home did a door to door, after meeting with their rep for siding, we liked the superior quality of their vinyl siding with a foam backing. Our current siding had issues of water penetration and algae growth and frankly was cheap as the previous owner took advantage of drive by sales after a hail storm. On their QA inspection post install? They found further water penetration through the roof and provided me proof of that so we went high end with a GAF roofing system. End result? Yeah it cost quite a bit more than my comfort zone. But you get what you pay for. We are more comfortable, and since this occurred during winter? I noted my heat pump did not cycle as often. And we got our electric company assessment for energy use for a totally electric home? Excellent. Impact of the better siding and better roof."

"I had a very great experience from Daniel my sales rep all the way through the to the team that scheduled the install. The crew knocked my roof out all in a days work and my.project manager Omar kept me in the loop and showed me photos of the progress and they were very thorough, they replaced my rotted wood and even though I had to pay for some additional wood it was honest and necessary and I'm glad I sent the extra money to get this all done correctly. They don't cut corners and you get what you pay for with this company."

"While the materials and communication was good, unfortunately there were some things that left a bad taste and I am not sure I would use them again. While there were some issues that they are addressing quickly, like replacing a part of the door they changed because a piece was smothered with white silicone, and also replacing a panel that was broken when they capped the trim outside my home, and they destroyed my big rosemary bush. I'm baffled as to why they didn't notify me at the moment and instead I had to wait until the walk-through to find out. The forklift person who came to pick up some material that wasn't used left a hole in my driveway. I just sent them some pictures, but haven't heard back, but hopefully this looks like it will be repaired. I am also not happy with how the door looks after the install and the reply from the QA walk-through was 'that is how we seal all the doors'. I appreciate that the amount of clear silicone used will prevent leaks and bugs, it looks like someone watched a whole bunch of YouTube videos and at the end some measurement went wrong and the mistake was covered up with an uneven line of silicone. Time will tell how long the silicone will hold against concrete. "My townhouse is over 25 years old and still had the original builder roof. I started thinking about replacing it since a few of my neighbors had their roofs replaced mainly due to a recent storm that blew shingles off their homes. Being a super busy homeowner, I haven't had the time to even think of it so I put it on the back burner until... Michael Anthony arrived at my house to talk to me about replacing my old worn out roof. Our discussion detailed HCR ‘s roof replacement system - an education for me since all I thought was the old shingles were taken off the roof and new ones stapled on. Let me tell you roof replacement with HCR is not like that at all. Michael explained each step of the system to me. First, the old shingles are scraped off the roof. Then a 2mm barrier shield Is layed over the plywood sub roof to keep out moisture, and then the shingles are nailed on - three nails per shingle. Oh yeah, if a shingle does blow off, they will come and repair it. Peace of mind! The HCR crew was very professional. They started scraping the old shingles off just as soon as they arrived at my job site. After all the old worn out shingles were off the roof, the fun began. It was amazing to me to watch a crew member swiftly carry each package of shingles up a very tall ladder to the roof. By the time all the packages were on top of the roof, the barrier shield was laid out. Then each single shingle was laid down and nailed. After all shingles were in place, the crew cleaned up the debris in my yard and in my neighbors’ yards. My new roof looks amazing! Michael contacted me on the day of the install to check on the progress. All went well! I now have a very beautiful roof that I don't have to worry about replacing for at least 25 years.
