"Eric's team rebuilt our entire three season room, which was not functional. It is now, thanks to Mike and Brian. It also looks very good! Mike works hard at getting things done, and teaches the younger crew very well. He is structured and trustworthy. He also was patient answering my questions (I always have too many..!). Brian pays great attention to detail! I was impressed by how good the tile work looks, and also how good the finishing of the decking to the landing looks like, which he did. They also had to partly redo the patio, and it looks better than before."

"For our home addition/renovation we are very grateful to have found Richard Connolly and his site iCornerstone. Our vision was a Two-story + basement + livable attic space home addition which would provide significant practical square footage to our existing house and integrate seamlessly with it. We interviewed a number of general contractors but we were overall a bit uncomfortable after the interviews due to gaps in transparency regarding how costs were calculated and how timelines were established, resulting in some lack of confidence. We proceeded with our renovation under Richard’s guidance and his own crew and the entire process went according to plan with excellent communication, rapport, and confidence at all stages from excavation to final finish work. Transparency, confidence-building, dependability, highly knowledgeable, customer-friendly, and results-oriented are all terms we would use to describe Richard and the iCornerstone process. "We had a very small roof area need to be repaired. I sent request to multiple company to give a service quote. Few of them sent me replies and stated that they are too busy to come. Matt of MMP Consturction's contacted me promptly, scheduled an on-site visit and gave us a quote right away. The work was then scheduled and finished quickly. "These guys are the hardest working crew Ive ever seen. Showed up every day at 7am and stayed until 7-8pm every night! I cant say enough about their work ethic. Wladimir was great to work with right from the initial site visit, to the quote, and right up through the finished product. It takes a lot to impress me when it comes to projects. I have high expectations of how things are built and the final results. Id rather have quality work over saving a buck. I had multiple contractors out and narrowed them down and eventually chose WS Builders because of my interactions with Wlad right from the start. Very personable, great guy and listened to what I actually wanted and didnt just yes me to death. He knew exactly what I was expecting from the start and his guys blew away my expectations. We had been saving up for years for a new deck and Wlad and his crew were able to deliver. He offered different products and didnt try to push me towards the more expensive options and let me choose what I wanted. (we went with Trex but he gave us other options as well) He was always quick to respond whenever I had a question or wanted something changed because I wanted it to look a very specific way etc. He was here the day the materials were delivered to make sure they were put exactly where I wanted. He was very careful to make sure that my yard had the least amount of damage as I told him from the start that was one of my concerns. We now have an absolutely beautiful deck that will last longer than my home with the way it was constructed. I wanted it over built and they delivered. If I ever needed more work done in the future, Wlad would be the first guy I call. If you are looking for a great company to work with I highly recommend WS Builders!"

"Phil coordinated and supervised the entire roof repair and shingling of our 200 year old house. He then stripped the clapboards to bare wood, replaced broken clapboards as well as soft wood behind some of them, before applying 3 coats of paint to the entire house. Phil told us up front that he took his time to do it right and would not be applying paint within three days of it raining., to ensure there would be no moisture under the paint. The work was done meticulously, with care taken to avoid any spillage or leftover material. I wish I could provide some photos to show his work!"
