On acceptance of a PNB bid, PNB requires a 50% good faith payment prior to project commencement, with the project balance (second 50%/ ½ ) due on the completion of the project. Long duration projects (over 30 days) requires a 50% good faith payment prior to project commencement, with 25%/ ¼ payment due at seventy-five percent completion and the remainder 25%/ ¼ due on project completion and acceptance.
