Construction Administration – Construction Management, Project Management, Plans and Specifications, Bid Process Support, Cost Estimating, Budget and Schedule Control, Contract Negotiations, Mediation and Dispute Arbitration, Abatement Design and Management, Permitting, Constructability Review, Value Safety Engineering services through its coalition of Certified Safety Professionals (CSP) and Certified Industrial Hygienists (CIH). PNB specializes in hard surface fabrication (Corian, stone, and ceramic tile) installations for commercial and residential applications; custom cabinets; kitchen and bath renovations, and custom RV interiors. PNB is a customer oriented company. On acceptance of a PNB bid, PNB requires a 50% good faith payment prior to project commencement, with the project balance (second 50%/ ½ ) due on the completion of the project. Long duration projects (over 30 days) requires a 50% good faith payment prior to project commencement, with 25%/ ¼ payment due at seventy-five percent completion and the remainder 25%/ ¼ due on project completion and acceptance.
