"Had a leak during a big storm a few months back. Figured it was the roof so called around and got a few estimates. Some companies wanted to sell me an entire new roof, one without even bothering to go up and check the condition of the shingles or whether the roof was the actual cause. Callaway came by promptly and quickly determined that it was not in fact the roof but rather windows (improperly installed by the prior owner) that were the issue. He gave me a variety of options for fixing, and just as importantly did not try to upsell me a roof I don't need (yet). Communication was excellent throughout the process and he was very professional at all time. When we do need a new roof in a handful of year, he'll be the first call."

"The process up to the QA Inspection was excellent. People were friendly and knowledgeable. Austin was excellent at giving honest answers to all our questions. When I asked him one he couldn’t answer he didn’t try to BS his way through, he simply said he didn’t know and then proceeded to make calls until he got an answer. At the Pre-install inspection we were told the install crew would arrive between 8-10. The install crew chief was very surprised to hear that when he arrived at 7. The installation was also excellent. Done and dusted by 4PM. The QA inspection cost you an excellent rating. It was little more than a high pressure sales pitch to replace my aluminum siding with vinyl. I just spent $20K on a new roof and he pressured us to spend another $40K on something that doesn’t need to be replaced. Not cool. I would definitely recommend Power, but with a caveat on the QA inspection."

"The small team that performed the installation were highly professional. Superb, really. They removed the gutters in the morning and found that some of the wooden fascia board had rotted, so we decided to replace the all fascia board around the house. The team volunteered to buy the fascia board at the local Home Depot, and after this short delay the work resumed. The Gutter Pro manager, Dan, arrived in the early afternoon and assured the quality of the work. Before the installation of these gutters, rain overflowed the gutters around the house, causing all sorts of problems - even exacerbating the threat of basement flooding via our basement walkout. Over the past few weeks, it has rained nearly every day, so we have had ample opportunity to test the effectiveness of the Gutter Dome gutters, and they in fact work perfectly. Gutter Pro has been among the very finest contractors we have employed (and in the past year we have employed several contractors for various jobs around our house), and I would give the firm the highest recommendation. The price was high, but good value for the quality of the product and the installation.

He communicated promptly regarding scheduling, his crew was great, they worked efficiently to complete my roof same day.
