They were able to send someone out the same day, and quoted me a $299 base fee. Every other electrician I called either said they were at least a week out, or had an emergency fee of $500 or more. 2. The electrician who came was SUPER friendly and helpful. 3. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem (it turned out to be relatively simple). 4. He then refused to accept even a partial payment, since the fix was so simple, and he was already in the neighborhood on another job. I will DEFINITELY call Unity again next time I need an electrician. Thank you!!!"

"Although a little slow to respond to messages at times, Merril Electric usually responded to phone calls promptly. We hired them to install an outlet about 5 feet above an existing one and added in a conduit for passing wires easily behind the wall. The electrician was quick and did not do any damage to the existing drywall. We'd definitely hire them again for future electrical needs."

Stan, owner of  Boones, called back first having an opening on Monday.  When one of their crew that was assigned to me was running behind, they assigned Mark to switch over to my booking.  Mark was very friendly, knowledgeable.  The bill was reasonable.  Overall, a great experience and I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

"I don't usually write reviews online, but in this situation I cannot help myself. I was blown away by Mark's responsiveness and work ethic. I venture to say that Mark is faster, smarter, more efficient, and more detail-oriented than most any contractor. I was in a desperate situation (had to fire another contractor for unfortunate reasons and NEEDED our only tub replaced and bathroom tiled so my fiancé could use it to recover from surgery in a few days). Mark problem-solved quickly, told me to buy a new tub, and came over Friday at 5 after his regular work day to help me get the tub replaced in under 2 hours. After asking his wife first (classy), he offered to work over the weekend to get the job done. We worked side by side to knock out the bathroom in 2 very long days. Being a new home owner, I was jazzed to learn how to tile and Mark was an excellent leader and teacher. Honestly, I could go on and on. This guy is for real. He's professional, skilled, and efficient as all get out. I'm sure he isn't perfect, but I think you'd be very hard pressed to find a better skilled or more enjoyable contractor in the area. "

"I called Native Electric when I was looking for someone to inspect my ceiling fans. Communications were good. Mike called me an hour before my appointment to reschedule, as the job he had was taking much longer than expected--scope creep by the customer. Mike called me an hour or two before our next appointment to confirm that we were still on. Mike was very patient with my vague descriptions of problems and inspected each fan: three fans are fine, and the motor on one is wearing out. He charged me only $50 instead of the usual $70 because the visit was so short. When that motor goes out, I'll be calling Mike to install the new fan."
