"Carlos couldn't have been better.  The roof is very steep and not visible from the ground.  We haven't had anything done to it in its 9 year life so we wanted the roof inspected and appropriate repairs made.  Carlos gave me a call when he was on the way.  He checked the roof and found no problems, but did give me some information about roof treatments (they don't do spray treatments.)  He also checked the gutters (they also do gutter cleaning) at my request, but the foam inserts were fine and nothing needed to be done.  AND he refused payment for his time as he considered this to be an estimate.  We will definitely us Roof Rx when we do have a roof or gutter problem!

"Nikk, the contractor, pressure washed the house, scraped the wood of peeling and bubbling paint. caulked and applied 2 coats of premium paint on house and trim. In prepping he carefully masked window, was careful of my plants, and he was also careful of the neighbors vehicle sitting in driveway by protecting it with a tarp. We had rain during the painting which caused brief stops until weather cleared. Nikk brought in a crew to complete the job in a timely manner. A detail oriented person. He also cleaned my gutters including flushing downspouts for a reasonable price."

"Our job was scheduled to be done just before the December snow storm, they were very professional and added more workers when they realized the storm was immenent. They got the windows in and made sure there were no leaks, before they left. As soon as the storm was over they came back promptly and finished the job. We love our new windows and doors as do several guests that we've had over. Comments: They're beautiful!"

"Very prompt and responsive. The job was started much sooner than I was expecting and was just in time before the rains started. There was some minor denting done to a gutter during tear-off, but it was fixed promptly when I mentioned it. The gutters were cleaned and nails were picked up from the ground around the house ( I only found two that they missed). I am very satisfied with the new roof and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any roofing.
