"On Sunday night we discovered a wet spot on our ceiling just over the top of our TV. My husband quickly moved the TV stand a low and behold we started having a steady drip from the area. I called CC and L Roofing thinking that I would leave a message to be on their list for Monday. I couldn't believe a live person actually answered the phone at 8:40 pm on a Sunday night. She said someone would call me Monday morning for an appointment. At 8:30 am Jeff called me and by 10:30 am a repairman named Bill was already on his way to my house. He was very professional and showed me pictures of my roof where gables come together and there was only some worn calking and no flashing. He told me the repair would take about an hour to a hour and a half and the rest of my roof was fine. I was afraid he would tell me I needed a whole new roof. So he repaired and installed new flashing where needed. I was very impressed and thought the price of $275.00 was reasonable. It was raining pretty good outside when they did the repair on my roof. <br />"

"The job went great. Michael and his assistant Chris were very thorough, detail oriented, and pleasant to have around the house. It makes a big difference when the guy that bids on the job is the guy who actually does the work, and just having two people who worked so well together, I felt like we were in great hands. "We couldn't be happier. Chris arrived right on time and did an exceptional job! We were replacing a greased over 1962 vented, under cabinet hood fan that hadn't worked in YEARS! As it turned out the person who installed it in 1962 did a rinky **** job so my husband and I were glad we didn't tackle the job. It was quite a job but Chris knew exactly what he was doing and was able to remove it and without any damage. He installed the new one perfectly. It looks amazing and it'll be SO nice having a working fan again. Chris did an amazing job keeping the area clean which was a challenge I'm sure with the messy old fan he was working with. I immediately felt comfortable and decided to work with him.  His team which included Dan as the foreman and 5 other crew members, arrived promptly each day for the next 4 days.  They were respectful of the property, cleaning after they were done, and minimizing clutter at the end of the day.  The crew made sure I was in the loop ( I was present throughout the installation process ) of any issues or changes that may need to be made. "Brian's great -- he actually came to our home on New Years Day as scheduled to do the work (he's a hard worker),  but the wind storm that day knocked out the electricity in our neighborhood. He waited a while to see if the electricity would go back on but after about 30 minutes it had not so we rescheduled for 5:30 pm Fri 1-8-16. He did a great job and now our shower which was initially installed 5 years ago looks like new!  I've recommended Brian and Grout Pro to two other people now. I highly recommend him. <br /> <br />"
