"Kris was extremely responsive and came to give me an estimate within 24 hours and scheduled his guys to start a two day job (lots of square footage) within the next couple of days... I am blown away by how gorgeous my floors look! This is not the first time that I have had my stone floors cleaned and polished, and I was pleased with the previous contractor and had planned to use him again, but going forward, this is my "go to" company.... The areas that they have finished were water-stained and had some damage... THEY LOOK LIKE NEW!!!! Considering that some of my high traffic areas were pretty bad, the floors look FABULOUS!!! The workers were extremely professional and I am so appreciative that they were able to fit me in within the week's timeframe that I required. I was having a dinner party this past weekend, and got more than one comment about how great the floors looked. "Bryan and his crew did a absolutely wonderful job on my floor! The house had been transformed! They where very easy to communicate and work with. They were on time, they got their work done very fast, cleaned up after themselves every day, and even stayed later the last day until everything was done so I could move in on time! I found it a huge benefit that they also do construction, I had them install a few things, and move electrical outlets. It was wonderful to have just one person to do everything for me. my carpet on my apartment was to duty after hollydays and take the decision to call for cleaning services.

they arive on time and take a walk around the apartment for see what its the damage on the carpet and the sofa and love seat.
the ask me about the  spots on my carpet i told they, spil coffee and soda on the carpet and my dog was damage the carpet, they take action and pre spay all the carpet for remove the spots.
after that they start to clean the carpet, when they done we take a walk around the rooms and i see the spots was gone.
we inspect the sofa and the love seat and i see really clean.

"My roof needed to be replaced for the rental apartment. After a string of unpleasant experiences, I decided to give hometown restoration a call in late December 2021. I talked with the chief executor, who was extremely friendly over the phone and scheduled a roof inspection and an in-person appointment with my husband and me. First, they arrived at our house with a full detailed, extensive power slide presentation of what they would be going to do and provided us with the option of selecting various shingles. Due to some serious problems, my roof was completed at the end of March in 2022. It took only 4days, and they finished the roof work very professionally. My roof looks different and unique. They missed some nails during the clean-up process, so they came up again and cleaned the place with the magnet sweeper to make us 100% sure. They were careful and diligent in their job and considerate of any mess during the repair. Great experience with them! Suggest other people in need of roof work."

"The project manager, Tom Cohen, was so helpful from our first meeting. He was knowledgeable about the windows and explained the differences so I could make the best choice for the money I had to spend. The windows were replaced and I'm happy with my beautiful new sliding door. The work was done quickly and my home was left in great condition. I had no clean up to do after the workers finished. Tom helped me process all the paperwork and arranged for financing , also very helpful. I would use this company again and I would ask to work with Tom Cohen. "They were the 1st to respond to my email (within the hour) and by far the most courteous, friendliest, & professional folks I reached out to out of a quite a few.  I spoke with them on the phone and that went very well too. In the end we ended up not having them do the work, but only because we found a friend in the business who gave us an unbeatable price.  I should say that while our friend was much cheaper than any of the other quotes we received that BNS DID offer to match the price (which i know was a great deal).  In this case, the loyalty to the friend one the bid, but otherwise BNS would have definitely had the job.  I've kept these guys on my Rolodex so to speak.
