"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. "We were so impressed with their service beginning with the estimate, which was way below two other estimates that did not include prevention measures such as the gutter system they installed above the door where the water was coming in. They identified the problem immediately and recommended a couple of options and actually suggested the cheaper option would be just as effective as the more expensive. They replaced the wood floor in our laundry room with a rubber floor looks exactly like the old floor and matched up almost perfectly. They were genuinely interested in our total satisfaction, which is rare today. They also do many other home services in addition to floors and we WILL be calling them again. "Over all it was an ok experience. They got there on time , did a good job with the carpets, and cleaned up after they were done. The carpet cleaners were very ,friendly, polite. However, they came in and right off the get go, tracked mud all over a brand new foyer runner. They cleaned it for us but the whole idea behind the appointment was to clean carpets and not to create more work. They didn't even offer a discount when we even paid extra for a deeper clean on our rugs. After they finished the job they packed everything up and never asked to walk around to see if we were happy with the work. They just said that they were done and they were off to the next job. I would not use them nor recommend them to friends and family."
