"Overall I had a pretty good experience with the repair man David. He told me it would be $543 to replace the motor in my dryer. I ended up paying $559. I didn’t like that he didn’t make me aware that it was slightly more. He was professional. Labor fees were $200. He took about an hour to do the repair. It would have been more cost efficient to have just purchased a new one, but we didn’t want the hassle of purchasing a new set and removing the old set since Samsung discontinued our model. A 90 day warranty comes with the repair. "

"Checked gas oven. We Couldnâ t get the oven to turn on. When he got here, he worked on the oven. He took it apart, checked the oven parts for any non working or broken Parts. He ignitited the gas to make sure it was turning on and heating,three times and checked of any plugged or clogged parts. Donâ t know why it wouldnâ t work for us. But it is working now. Gave a 30 day warranty for his work. Impressed! Thanks!ð"

"I had a 10+ year old electric stovetop with a down draft vent. The motor died. The cost to buy and install a new one was $1000-1200. I called Day and Night for a repair cost. The repairman arrived the day I called, looked at my unit and said he had an identical new unit and would replace my old one and install it for 344.00. The next day it was installed while I was away. I have done a lot of work with Day and Night over the years. They educate me on how to take care of my appliances, mimimizing my repair/replacement costs. He is honest and extremely trustworthy.
