"Juan returned my initial attempt at contacting him very promptly. He was very flexible in scheduling a time for giving an estimate. The estimate was provided very promptly after his visit (within a few hours) and was very reasonable (in my opinion). Very unexpectedly, but as a pleasant surprise, he was able to start work the next day! His worker showed up at the exact time Juan has specified. Noel, his drywall finisher, was very friendly and took the time to cover my furniture with plastic as to not get spackle on anything. He completed his work promptly and, most importantly, did a great job! I have always considered drywall finish work an art form and Noel is definitely a great artist!"

Our house was double the size that was offered in the deal but he was kind enough to send us another price and he was really nice about it and accommodating. He could have charged us twice the price and he didn't he just gave us another special deal. He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him. (10/14/2016) UPDATE Bob had offered a special deal through Angie's List to clean and scrub the roof . He said due to our home supposedly being larger then that deal offered, we would have to pay him extra for that but he would still give us a break on the total. He cleaned the roof, but it was still dirty. Bob said to wait for it to rain and it will clean the rest that was left, so we did. After the rain it still looked horrible. We reached out to him and requested he redo the job. He said he would and since then many call have been made to him with no response. We definitely are not happy with his lack of response to us especially after he had gone out of his way to make sure the house was completely clean."
