Our shower pan in our in our master bathroom had failed leaking water into the wall. Called Ken for a quote; Ken responded promptly. Due to nature of this repair this job was ultimately a complete remodel of a 6’ X 5’ shower. Through the whole process Ken a pleasure to work with. Ken said he would complete the job within a certain amount of time and he did. When I changed my mind on things I wanted done, or added items Ken was very accommodating. We decided to add shower lighting, change the shower plumbing and add a rain-head that was mounted in the ceiling. During the remodel Ken and Ed paid attention to detail and made sure we were completely satisfied with everything. They also kept the place pretty clean, considering that there were two exterior walls that had to be opened up and reframed due to water damage. When everything was finished I was extremely satisfied and felt like Ken was an old friend. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

"It was my first time using the company and everything went well. Two technicians came out and completed the job in about 5 hours. They were knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do right away. He made a great diagnoses and fixed the issue as soon as he could.They were very prompt, efficient and polite. The pricing was very reasonable and they charged me less than I thought they would. "We had a massive leak in the shower of the guest bathroom. Since plumbing was one of the systems covered by our warranty with choice, I went on-line and filed a claim. I git an immediate response assigning me a claim number for reference and later that day received an appointment notice....GREAT customer service. The plumber arrived, at the time specified, and was immediately able to pin point the problem. (a defective shower cartridge) I have used Choice Home Warranty multiple times as my home ages and they pay for the replacement parts if needed. My "deductible" is a $45 fixed rate for the service call, no matter how long, or complicated the repair is. I absolutely am delighted with the customer service, fast response, low cost of a service visit, and NO surprises, or "fine print" excuses regarding coverage. They provide a list, in writing, of what is covered and what is not and do not deviate so I make sure my problem is on the list before filing a claim."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
