He was so helpful I then hired him to do a variety of other work like installation of toilet, install new kitchen faucet, patch a ceiling, install base board trim, and probably more I am forgetting. Ethan is a great person and super easy to deal with, he definitely goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Also, he is very reasonable on price. "I had tried installing a new French Patio Door and could not get it to close. I called Swans based on the reviews here. He scheduled an appointment and came down and quickly determined the issue. He took the time to explain why I was having trouble and how he had two options to correct it. He had the door installed within about a couple hours and did not even charge me the full estimated cost of 250. He offered to do the rest of the install work (foam insulation, reattach brick mould, etc) but I enjoy that stuff. I will definitely keep him in mind when I have another project I need help on or someone to do for me

Scott provided a number of options and gave us estimates for all of them. The cost of the roof project was right on the estimate he provided for the option we chose. Dennison’s roofing crew did an excellent job on the old roof removal and installation of the new shingles. They protected all of the landscape during the installation and cleaned up everything after the roofing was completed. Our communication with Scott and the roofing crew was excellent before and during our roof project. We are very pleased with our new roof."

"Had to pester them to schedule a date, they didn't call ahead, I came home one day to see it had been done. Left no note or follow up. Noticed water spilling over gutters where it shouldn't in the winter. Finally got up there to inspect early June 2017 after noticing significant over-spill. 10+ missing/broken fasteners on my small ranch home. They fastened the downspouts to my house, but doubt they did any work in the actual eaves. Would not recommend unless I was there to supervise and the price was lower."

"Rob is a consummate professional. He assisted us in discovering and dealing with damage from a leak in our basement wall. Rob made suggestions for the repair which was completed by our waterproofing company. He replaced the dry wall after cutting a one foot high section out of the perimeter of the room for the waterproofing work. Weeks later after the waterproofing was finished, he replaced the dry wall. We painted the walls and he came back to replace the baseboard trim. Rob always kept his appointments for work at our house. If he could not come at the appointed time, he called and set up another time. The work stretched over several months. We were delighted with the results. He did a wonderful job and we would not hesitate to call on him again."
