Get matched with top oven or stovetop repair or service pros in Richland, WA

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Honest, Professional, Punctual. I highly recommend Smart Appliance Repair."

"We felt that we should not have had to pay 210$ for service that we had no idea was needed, as the previous technicians you have sent never advised biyearly maintenance. We could have received the same service for less money from Horizon or BGE Home !"

"I had an emergency where I didn’t have any electric to my stove at 5 in the evening and he came out at 7 and fixed it for me. It was a bad switch. The price was reasonable especially considering when he was able to come out."

"They don't use the same contractor. You don't always get the best. It's cheaper for major repairs. They cover everything, parts, labor."

"Prompt professional service. Knowledgeable staff. Made helpful suggestions about hardware suggestions and when the job was completed agreed to change the selected hardware to a different type to satisfy my and their dislike of the equipment and it s configuration at no additional charge! Friendly competent staff."

"Professional and great customer service. Would hire again."
