"Byron was a true professional. Kind and very knowledgeable concerning my electrical issue I was experiencing. He quickly diagnosed the problem and offered a solution. He told me up front the price I was looking at paying for the repair and I was happy with that amount. Quick, friendly, and reliable. Traits not too often found in today’s society. I will definitely be recommending this company to my neighbors and if I have another issue arise, I will definitely contact Byron. Eric Shedd"

"Do NOT pay upfront! The owner & son first gave a good impression, saying they can handle dry wall repairs. We showed them multiple wall cracks and openings ON SITE & they gave me an estimate of $750 to fix everything & demanded an upfront payment of $400, which I paid in good faith. After some gross prep work, the son asked for the rest, saying that he would finish next day. At the time of the repair, many spots were suddenly 'not in the original scope' while other cracks were attempted to be fixed through painting. The overall quality was unacceptable, cracks were still visible, tape was not mudded etc. and not to talk about proper painting. At my well intended feedback to the owner he admitted the unacceptable quality after seeing the photos and sent a sub-contractor. The subcontractor was apparently not informed about the scope and offered $150 'to fix only 3 spots'. This subcontractor witnessed & agreed on the poor work done by Amperage, who never delivered despite pre-payment!"
