"As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous and had many questions regarding the biggest purchase of my life. Tim was the inspector and as he set everything up, he explained what he was going to be doing first. The outside, the inside, then the basement. At each stage of the inspection, he would point things out, explain what should be done, how to do it, then took a picture for the report. "The leveling part itself was awesome. Justin was very detailed in making sure the floor was leveling properly, the gaps were filling in correctly, and that the leveling mixture was mixed appropriately. He showed me all the steps and why they were doing them. The reason I rated them good was because the cleanup could have been much better. They basically just washed out their wheelbarrows with the leftover concrete onto my front lawn. And the one helper spent most of the day wasting my water by spraying down the driveway to allegedly clean it, but it really didn't end up clean at all. Overall, the service that I paid for was to level my garage floor, and that was done professionally and perfectly."
