When we called to set up a date for repair, they came out the same week! I had expected the job to take all day but they worked hard and were gone shortly after lunch. The job itself was slightly complex due to the way the trellis was attached to the side of the house and needed detail finishing work to the siding/soffit/eves to ensure a professional look and functional water and bug proofing. He also did some minor gutter repair work. Wes and his crew came in at the scheduled time, did the work as promised and also gave us an extremely good price. The main difference between Wes and the other companies we quoted from, is that he himself quotes and does the job. So the possibility of communication gaps does not exist.
