They showed up on time and did a great job installing the new door. He corrected some mistakes the previous installer of the old door made and now it works perfectly. Josh was very thorough, the door itself is a much better door design than the old one. He showed us how to maintain it and explained the few improvements he made. He and his helper were very polite, got right down to business and had the job completed in 2 to 3 hours. I cant say enough positive things about Precision Garage Door and their installers! "The sump pumps were installed correctly and efficiently.  However, the dry well was placed in the wrong spot (in the middle of the yard).   I notified the owner.    However, the crew that installed the dry well did not think it was a problem, since we signed off on the design.   To the owner's credit, he did make it correct and sent a crew out to fix the mistake.   The crew did a good job, however, we had to go through quite a bit to get a good resolution.
If you are using this company, make sure you understand the plans completely.  They do good work, but you must understand exactly what they are working on and be there when they are.
