"Scott and his crew have installed the most beautiful patio we could have imagined. It is a joy to look out our windows to see how well the patio compliments the rest of our backyard. Scott and crew started on Tuesday and wrapped the project up by Friday! They were truly professional and have given us a beautiful outdoor space to enjoy for years to come.
"

"Two very polite and hard workers showed up right on schedule and helped me remove all of the unwanted items from my front flower beds. The plan was that they would work for an hour and half and do as much as possible. We talked through the job before they started the clock on that time. They worked so hard and were so skilled that they finished the project I had planned for them and used the remaining time to help me spread the mulch that I had planned to do on my own after they left. My only complaint is that the company was so high in demand (with good reason, these guys are great!), that they were booked out for a while and it was about two weeks before my initial interaction and when they could find a time to get out to my house.
"

"
We had previously worked with Chris and his crew on replacement of a failing timber retaining wall with a contoured block version. That earlier work involved demolition and removal of treated posts and lumber while extending a pre-existing section using an Anchor block product. The segmented, angular wall was replaced by a contoured design that provided more room for a prized shade tree. During this initial, 2012 phase, we found Chris very easy to work with. He was receptive to our concepts and offered constructive comments- we didn't want a deferential contractor that would let us make bad choices. Chris speaks up in a respectful way. The crew happily worked with street pavers that were on-site.
That earlier work turned out so nicely that we resolved to continue the project the in 2013 as our vision for completion firmed up. There are obvious advantages to completing the entire job at once, but even using design software, it is difficult to feature how it will all turn out. Change orders and call-backs are no fun for anyone. For us, it worked to live with an incomplete project for a few seasons to really know what we wanted.

The 2013 work would involve constructing low planters in both the front and back yards, extending the patio work in the back yard, adding edgers and completing sod work. Chris returned with the same crew (a plus for us) and was rarely not on site himself during either project. This work was complicated by an impending family reunion. To avoid damaging existing landscaping, most of this second phase was completed with wheelbarrows and hand tools. Once again, there were design and material selection considerations as well as technical issues, including rainwater management. There was no objection to the owners contributing labor. In turn, we tried to stay ahead of the crew or out of the way.

The entire project is now complete- we are delighted and have received nothing but compliments.

"

"They got at it as soon as was possible considering our crappy spring weather. Great down to earth people to work with. All the work was completed in one day, and was done just as I wanted. Based on the work they did for me, I would recommend them to anyone!
"

"They delivered the gravel the same day I called (fall is a good time to call for gravel). The driver was timely."

"Daniel was fast in getting an estimate and once approved scheduling the work. He was very responsive to making some minor adjustments once the initial installation was complete. Great customer service. Customer satisfaction is a top priority."

"If you want steel siding this is the company to go with! I had out many contractors, including the one who put the steel siding on my house originally and by far the put on the best product for the money. They take pride in their work and make sure they address all concerns and want you to be happy with the final results. Alex was great. I really enjoyed the guys doing the install work."

"From start to finish Eric coordinated everything with the city, contractors, and turned our backyard from a trees and weeds disaster zone into a beautifully landscaped backyard. We still talk about how impressed we were with the speed of this huge project (start to finish, under a month!) while never cutting a corner. Eric won't allow you to cut a corner, and now that the project is finished, we know why. Every inch of the project turned out according to the design and engineered layout. Eric was constantly on site and involved with every step. We are so impressed with him, his crew and the way it all turned out. A huge thanks to Boulder Works.
"
