"Terrific response time! Called for quote at 12:24 pm. Jim quickly evaluated my need for two 50 gallon gas water heaters. Recommended Bradford White gas water heaters to replace my 20 year old rusting water heaters. His crew of 3 arrived at 1:30 pm and by 3:30 pm new water heaters installed and old water heaters removed from 3rd story walk in attic. Very efficient and clean installation. Price exactly as quoted. "I just had David install a Rinnai tankless water heater and could not be more pleased. I had two other contractors give me bids, one stated he would have to do considerably more than what David had told me and attempted to sell me another tankless heater that wasn’t as good a day an install and purchase price about $500 more. The second contractor told me to get a standard water heater since everyone he talked with that got a tankless wanted to yank it out after a month since none of tankless heaters did what they said. In other words they didn’t know how to install this “Cadillac of tankless heaters”. David was very professional and installed the Rinnai in a few hours. I’d definitely recommend him, he knows more about these tankless system since his practice concentrated on this. I’m very happy with his quality work and you will be as well"

"I had a 14 year old water in my attic and after the pilot lite went out for the second time, i decided to get a new heater. I called 1800 plumber at 3 pm and Chad arrived at 5. He went into the attic and re lit the pilot so i would have hot water. Anyway i bought a new heater, which was installed the next morning. Everything was perfect and i highly recommend 1-800-plumber and especially Chad"
