"The only good thing American Home Shield has ever done for me and my family is introduce us to Lockhart Plumbing & Remodeling. We put in an issue for a leak with AHS and of course it wasn’t covered, but that wasn’t the plumber’s fault. Billy came out, explained what would need to be done and left, only to come back the next day and fix everything according to my scheduling constraints. He answered all of my questions, explained why the warranty company wouldn’t cover it (AHS is a scam and a waste of money and time. They have never fixed anything for us). He looked at a couple other things to give advice and quotes on, and was so personable and professional, I was completely comfortable having him in my house. "The work that he did was exactly what we asked for. He did a complete rip out of the old shower, jetted tub, water closet and L-shaped double vanity. He went down to the studs of a 13 x 13.5 bathroom. He installed a 5x 7 low entry tiled shower with bench for handicap access. He also installed a toilet with handicap access, a bench and tower cabinet for storage. He Installed new flooring and a vanity with large 14”x 36” sink and two linen towers. He also installed 11 LED lights in the ceiling and two separate LED lights w/blowers."
