"Footprints Floors did an excellent job on my flooring project. Footprints installed engineered hardwood flooring for me. Before doing so, Footprints had to remove some old carpet, vinyl, and wood flooring. Footprints did an amazing job removing the old flooring and preparing the subfloor for the new wood. This was a critical step because a flawed subfloor can wreck a flooring installation. I was impressed by the speed and attention to detail the installers showed. Scott told me my flooring replacement project would take a day and the installers delivered. Speaking of Scott, I have rarely worked with a company owner who is more responsive. When Scott looked at my job, he gave me some excellent advice on product selection. Overall, this flooring project was a great experience."

"If you want to hire a contractor that keeps your money (multiple $K) and didn’t get the job done, this is the one to hire. We hires Trent to build the sunroom. After he presented the plan and we placed a deposit of $5000 to get the job started. He had an architect come to our course drawing the blueprint but we requested changes. In the meanwhile, we have engaged Trent for other small scale projects, such as adding a wall or adding rails to our porch. We paid all the projects in full after the projects are done. However, the main project on sunroom hasn’t made any progress for over 8 months. Our request to the change of the drawing hasn’t been addressed in a concrete manner. Understanding that Trent might have busy schedule and we didn’t want to wait for any longer. We kindly requested to cancel the project, refund is $5000-minus the drawing fee. He agreed to refund in his initial text but then unresponsive for our calls and texts. However, he also didn’t move forward with our project. So, essentially we paid $5000, got a semi-finished blueprint and waited for over a year and nothing was done. His argument was this $5000 was baked into the cost of other projects but we have separate quotes for other projects from him and we’ve paid in full. After we have read other review about failing to refund $2000, it seems a consistent pattern. Please address it ASAP before we bring it to the next level!!"

"Bryan Polo and his crew did an awesome job converting my bathtub to a walk in shower. You can see from the picture the intricate work with the wall tile and the mosaic floor tile. I didn’t choose an easy tile to work with, so there was a lot of cutting with the hexagon tiles and the pebble floor. On top of it all, Bryan is such a personable individual which made working with him and his crew a pleasure. He was very communicative about when they’d be here throughout the entire job. He has monumental knowledge of so many types of construction. I highly reccommend him and his company. K Marker"

After getting quotes from a few different flooring companies, I knew Footprints was the company for the job. Scott was very knowledgeable and made me feel confident the job would be done well, correctly, completely, and in a timely fashion. We were fortunate they were able to complete the project before we had to officially move in. And now the previously neglected hardwood in our new home looks stunning and natural! They even replaced some boards where there was significant pet damage and it all blends so seamlessly and beautifully! Cannot recommend Scott, Jose, and the team enough! Thank you!"

"This firm uses a subcontractor who employs people who cannot speak English. They ere over an hour late to start with no notification of a delay. 5 different people did various aspects of the job. I had to call the firm several times to get issues resolved. The do not recommend them. To be fair, the workmanship was good."
