"He did his best with my 30+ year-old washing machine. He moved it from the wall and tilted it in order to test out from the bottom of the machine whether or not it was a simple fix, but it was not to be. The engine was no longer functioning. After examining the machine for 45 minutes, he charged $75. He advised keeping the dryer unless I could get a deal on both washer and dryer. He also made recommendations on which brands to consider purchasing. He was prompt and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him."

"We have used Foster Plumbing several times this year and have found all the work and the workers to be professional and the work to be top notch and very reasonably priced. Our latest visit was from Carl, whom we are always happy to see arrive. Carl is extremely polite and professional. He has a friendly personality and patiently endures my watchfulness of all he does, all the while answering all my questions and explaining everything in detail. Carl pays great attention to details himself, which I see in his work. His work, like everyone that Foster has ever sent over, is clean and first-rate. The company's dispatch is very friendly as well, and responsive. Earlier this year, we had a fridge water-line problem that was threatening to derail a kitchen floor install, among other things. Foster was great and had someone out when we needed them most. Some months ago, when I first began to use Foster, I spoke with some of the guys about the company. They liked the family atmosphere that Foster encouraged, how important it was to them to have a company that respects them and allows them the ability to perform at their best and do their best work instead of burdening them with unnecessary procedures and overhead.
