"We chose SureGuard even though we had better quotes from other companies because we were sold on promise that work would be completed by their crews and supervised by their foreman daily. It was obvious once work began that SureGuard was subcontracting work to other companies, and they did not send their foreman with these crews. "The crew that came out was very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They only tore off a portion of the roof that could be replaced that day so we didn't have to worry about tarps. It took a few days but they were very careful and considerate of the house and landscaping. We had some issues with the roof looking like it was buckling in places and the owner was quick to come out and check it out. He said the shingles needed to settle in and heat up good before they will lay completely flat, I was skeptical about that answer but he said if they don't lay flat then they will tear it off and do it again. Sure enough, they did lay flat by the end of summer and everything looks fine now.

"Decided to leave the color as is.  The software was a cool idea, but hard to use and only good if you just wanted to get some ideas.  It will only give you an approximation because it will not account for the lighting in your area.   The phone consultant said it would be better to use a color consultant.  I will probably go that route in the future, but for now I will leave as is.
