I got a few quotes for the central AC and his price was the lowest. Installed in the attic that will be renovated into a room, he worked with me and planned and installed the air handler unit and all the ductwork where heâ d leave the center of the room open and did a great, clean job. He said the AHU upstairs and condenser unit outside would be quiet, I was shocked at how quiet everything was. "I had the equipment replaced, a brand new, super high efficiency, fancy, lovely stuff. It's a central air system, and it's Lennox equipment. It's high efficiency. You can get it for less than that, but you're not gonna get the high efficiency quiet and all that kind of stuff. I had received other quotes which were like more money for the same system. I have been using them since 1986. No complaints. They do their thing, and I can't fault them. I have a service contract with them for this."
