"Woke up with no water, well pump that was not operating correctly, overall not. Good morning. Called 3 other companies and left messages but did not get a response. Called Mad River and they were able to come out the same afternoon, diagnose the problem and replace the well pump and water tank. They were friendly, professional and explained everything clearly. They did the repairs needed while being courteous, leaving the area clean and took away the failed parts. They were flexible with payment options and just gave all around wonderful service with my repair. Really terrific company, I highly recommend them if you have issues with your well system."

"I had a problem with a heavily leaking filter. They responded immediately and scheduled a tech to come to the house within an hour. The technician tried fixing the problem first. However we decided that the filter housing needed to be replaced. He did a wonderful job and gave us information that will save us a substantial amount of money going forward. The technician was very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. I felt that the cost was reasonable and I will use Superior again for any of my water filter needs."
