"Everything went really great.  Tom was very responsive to my calls and kept me informed of his schedule as we neared the original estimated date.  I happened to work from home on the days Tom was here and when I would go in to see how things were progressing, Tom was always laser focused and I could tell he was working hard.  He definitely was not one to take his time and drag out the project to milk as much money as he can out of you.   We threw a curve ball by adding a design we had not anticipated.  Tom was honest that it could take longer than originally planned and we knew that upfront b/c he explained when we met him for the original estimate that if we were to change the design by adding angled cuts or something, that it would take longer. We were okay with that b/c we wanted it done right and we did not want to settle for something we did not love and would have to stare at it every day for the rest of our lives.   The final product was beautiful.  My wife was super happy, which in turn makes me happy.   I would certainly recommend Tom to anyone that is looking for a great tile contractor and one that is also responsive.   if we ever need tile work in the future, Tom will be the first person I reach out to. <br />"

"Bo is the absolute nicest contractor we have ever met. He was great at explaining what repairs needed to be done and exactly how he was going to tackle them. We hired Bo for grout repair, caulking/sealing and to fix our glass shower door. His work is meticulous, our corner shower looks new again and Bo addressed our biggest concerns about preventing water from leaking to the first floor ceiling. "Words cannot describe how well these guys did and everything they worked with us on. We had several small jobs and deck work. They painted our high vaulted walls and ceilings. They fixed our shower plumbing and added an acces panel for the shower. They installed a new ceiling fan. They re-faced our rotted deck and replaced several joists. Replaced both sets of stairs and set them in concrete. Amazing woodworking, professionalism, punctual, truly good people that you can actually trust. All work was done in a very timely fashion.
